THE INDIVIDUAL

The Chaplains are available to all members of Rail staff, irrespective of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or ability. If you or your family need help, comfort, advice or just a listening ear then get in touch by phone or email. We will help if we can.

TRAIN OPERATING COMPANIES

The Chaplains work alongside Train Operators to enhance the chain of care available to staff. They are, however, independent from the TOCs. Chaplains visit directors and other staff in the workplace and liaise with Operations, Human Resources and other departments. The Chaplaincy also works with Freight operators and other Rail based companies.

NETWORK RAIL

The Chaplains work alongside Network Rail to enhance the chain of care available to staff. They are, however, independent from Network Rail. Chaplains visit directors and other staff in the workplace and liaise with Operations, Human Resources and other departments.

BRITISH TRANSPORT POLICE

Our Chaplains are also Chaplains to BTP and endeavour to offer care and support throughout the force. In the event of a major incident the Chaplaincy team respond and come under Silver command at the scene.
